Join Connie Logan from the Columbus Metro Railway Society in an engaging and informative session on the basics of Model Railroading. Topics will include the history of model railroading, railroad scale, types of cars and their functions, layout theme and context, and more! Tour the Model Train Studio at the Fran Ryan Center, see a large in-progress layout in action, and learn about the many elements of building a model train layout from start to finish. You may even get to jump in and help lay railroad track!
