Barnett Sprayground is temporarily closed to treat for bees. Check back for updates.

Columbus Recreation and Parks Department has four spraygrounds and three interactive fountains throughout the city. Spraygrounds are large outdoor water-themed playgrounds that are a great way to help cool off in the summer.

Locations and Hours

Barnett, Blackburn, Linden and Scioto Southland

  • Open for the Season June 6
  • Hours: 12–6 p.m.

All spraygrounds are closed on the following holidays:

  • Memorial Day (May 25)
  • Juneteenth (June 19)
  • Independence Day (July 4)
  • Labor Day (Sept. 7)
