IGNITE: Males Empowerment

April 26 @ 10:00 am - 3:00 pm

This event is designed to empower males, ages 8-18, to break through social barriers, embrace self-belief, and pursue personal growth. The goal is to create a supportive community where they feel inspired to develop their emotional resilience, challenge limiting stereotypes, and foster healthy conversations about what it means to be a man today.

This FREE event will feature the following speakers:

o Dr. RayShawn L. Wilson – Division Manager of Behavioral Health and Addiction Services, Franklin County Public Health
o Mr. David Fluellen – Founder & CEO, Urban Family Development Center
o Dr. Emmanuel D. Anthony – Founder and CEO, Ascension Investment Group
o Ryen Stewart – Relationships Manager, Fifth Third Commercial Banking Division

There will be free breakfast and lunch, door prizes and other giveaways. The event, sponsored by AmeriHealth Caritas Ohio, will feature Healthy Hoops®, a hands-on basketball event that teaches kids, parents and communities how to manage children’s asthma and other health conditions through the appropriate use of medication, proper nutrition, and monitored exercise.

Registration is available online so claim your spot now!

We are still in need of volunteers for the event. If you’re interested in volunteering, you can register online.
