ACTIVENet Update
ACTIVENet Update
We are upgrading our department’s ACTIVENet system on Dec. 9. ACTIVENet is where residents sign up to register for classes and camps and rent event venues. While residents won’t see many changes to how they use ACTIVENet, the upgrade will improve the department’s processes and make it easier to implement upgrades in the future.
ACTIVENet will be switched over to the new system on Dec. 9. If you used ACTIVENet in 2025, your account information will transfer over. This means that if you registered for a class, workshop or summer camp, rented an event space or visited an outdoor pool in 2025, then your information will be in ACTIVENet.
All class registrations and rental venue bookings already made in ACTIVENet will not be affected.
If you have not used ACTIVENet in 2025, you will need to create a new account when you log in.
All users will need to update their passwords for the new ACTIVENet. You can do this when you log into ACTIVENet for the first time after the change. For questions, contact your local community center.

Why did Columbus Recreation and Parks Department update ACTIVENet?
To clean up the data in ActiveNET and to update our process to be more efficient, we needed to strip down our old database and create a new one. This process should be much more efficient for our customers.
