Hauntz Park

Welcome to Hauntz Park!

Columbus Recreation and Parks Department is beginning the redevelopment of Hauntz Park in the fall of 2023, starting with the creation of a master plan for the park’s 5.6 acres.

The redevelopment of Hauntz Park will support and complement other parks in the Hilltop neighborhood, while creating a re-imagined neighborhood park for nearby residents. After master planning and design is complete, the park will be redeveloped. The current timeline is to complete Hauntz Park’s redevelopment in fall 2025.

The redevelopment of Hauntz Park is possible through funding from the City of Columbus and federal grants.
