Spraygrounds and Fountains
Columbus Recreation and Parks Department has four spraygrounds and three interactive fountains throughout the city. Spraygrounds are large outdoor water-themed playgrounds that are a great way to help cool off in the summer.

- Hours announced early Summer 2025.
All spraygrounds are closed on the following holidays:
- Memorial Day (May 26)
- Independence Day (July 4)
- Labor Day (Sept. 1)

Fountains
Open Times
11 a.m.–6 p.m.
Seven days a week
Dorrian Green and Scioto Mile fountains will be shut down the week of Sept. 5. The North Bank fountain will remain open until around Sept. 30.
