Liberty Elementary
Center Without Walls (CWOW) is an innovative outreach program that provides access to Columbus Recreation and Parks Department services for youth who live in areas without a community center or where there is no safe walking route to the nearest location. CWOW’s core services include after-school programming, summer camps, in-school outreach, and community pop-ups. Our programs consist of competitive and strategy-building games, field trips, various sports, arts and crafts, science experiments, special guests and more!

Teen Impact Program
The Teen Impact Program (TIP) is an innovative pre-teen and teen outreach program that hosts specialized programming for distracted or unengaged youth utilizing the department’s community centers and partner schools. The program provides youth opportunities to recreate safely with peers while providing the necessary skills to be successful. TIP focuses on financial literacy, entrepreneurship, job readiness, interview skills, digital foot print, and etiquette, leadership and dressing for success.

APPS Job Readiness Program
