Alcohol Service Agreement

There is a $175 non-refundable service fee for permission to have alcohol at any one of the Columbus Recreation and Parks; Rental Services facilities. This service fee is in addition to the regular rental rates for the facility. The Applicant must be a responsible adult, age 21 or older, with proof of identification. The Applicant must pay the service fee once the below agreement has been submitted and accepted by the Rental Services office, in order to allow alcohol to be served at the facility. The Columbus Recreation and Parks Department (CRPD) will accept a valid driver’s license or other valid State (USA) picture identification containing the date of birth as a substitute for a driver’s license. This Agreement will be kept on file as proof of acceptance of any liability associated with having alcohol at the facility. The Alcohol Service Agreement must be paid for and submitted at least fifteen (15) calendar days prior to the event. Agreements submitted less than fifteen (15) calendar days prior to the event date may not be processed. All alcohol must be served by a CRPD Approved Beverage Contractor.
