Event Venue Lottery
Thank you for your interest in North Bank Park Pavilion, Warner Woods Pavilion and Whetstone Park Shelterhouse. These are some of our most highly sought-after venues, and we typically have more than one interested party for a date that is more than one year out. For that reason, we have set up the lottery system.
What to Know
How It Works
- The lottery is held one year out for each date. For example, the lottery for June 1, 2023, would be held on June 1, 2022.
- One person per event may enter the lottery.
- You are more than welcome to submit your name for multiple dates.
- If you are the winner, our office will call you first thing in the morning to set up the reservation.
- If not, you will be notified via email and automatically enter the next lottery if multiple dates are requested.
Multiple Dates
- If you are interested in multiple dates, and you win one but prefer another, you may remain in the lottery for all dates you express interest.
- Dates of interest must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the lottery date to be included in that lottery.
- We recommend you book for the initial date you win and if you win again for the more preferred date, we can then just make a simple date change.
- The original date won will then be given to the runner-up of that initial lottery.
Deposits
North Bank Park Pavilion
- For rentals on Tuesdays–Thursdays, payment is due in full when you create a reservation.
- For rentals on dates falling Friday–Sunday, a $1000 non-refundable deposit is due at the time you create a reservation, with the remainder being due 60 days prior to your event.
Warner Woods Pavilion
- For all rentals, the full amount of the rental will be due at the time of creating the reservation.
Whetstone Park Shelterhouse
- For all rentals, the full amount of the rental will be due at the time of creating the reservation.
