About

Hayden Falls Nature Preserve is a 3.475-acre Nature Preserve in the Hayden Run community. Nearby, you can enjoy Hayden Bowman Parkland. Did you know you aren’t supposed to climb Hayden Falls? There are endangered plant species on the actual cliff faces, which makes climbing Hayden Falls a serious environmental crime – and it’s important to protect the endangered plant species!

To visit, locate the small parking lot (the sign says Griggs Nature Preserve) along Hayden Run Road between Dublin Road and Riverside Drive. Walk down lots of steps and then along the boardwalk. There is also an accessible overlook above the waterfall so you can enjoy the view without using the stairs.
