Island View Nature Preserve is a 10.25 acre nature preserve in the Clintonville community
History
Island View Nature Preserve is an integral part of the riparian area along the Olentangy River. Riparian areas are the transition zone between fully land and fully aquatic systems. The soil and vegetation are shaped by the presence of water, which enhances plant growth and supports complex food webs. Island View was dedicated as a nature preserve in 2024.
