Robert Love is a dedicated professional and community advocate with a passion for making a positive impact both in his career and personal life. With over a decade of experience at the Office of the Ohio Public Defender, Robert currently serves as a Business Process Analyst, where he leverages his expertise in IT, data analysis and process improvement to streamline workflows and enhance public service delivery. His proficiency in tools like Power BI, SQL, and Tableau underscores his commitment to driving innovation and efficiency within the public sector.

Robert’s career spans diverse roles, including IT operations, legal support and project management, where he has excelled in managing sensitive data, resolving complex issues and fostering collaboration among stakeholders. His certifications in Agile Project Management, Microsoft Azure and ITIL Foundations highlight his technical expertise and adaptability in a rapidly changing technological landscape.

Outside of work, Robert is deeply committed to his community. Whether organizing local cleanups, volunteering with youth programs or providing tech support at his church, he finds joy in giving back. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoys hiking and biking with his family, embracing opportunities to connect with nature.

Robert holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in business administration from Ohio Dominican University.
