Spraygrounds and Fountains

Columbus Recreation and Parks Department has four spraygrounds and three interactive fountains throughout the city. Spraygrounds are large outdoor water-themed playgrounds that are a great way to help cool off in the summer.

Barnett, Blackburn, Linden and Scioto Southland

  • 12–6 p.m.
  • Weekends Only
    • Close for the season on Aug. 31

All spraygrounds are closed on the following holidays:

  • Memorial Day (May 26)
  • Independence Day (July 4)
  • Labor Day (Sept. 1)

Seven days a week

Dorrian Green and Scioto Mile fountains will be shut down the week of Sept. 5.
