Event Venues Cancellation Policy
To cancel your permit, please fill out this form.
The following cancellation policy is for Antrim, Big Walnut, Goodale, Griggs Boathouse, Lashutka, Retreat at Turnberry, Warner Woods Pavilion, Westgate, Whetstone and Wolfe Park Shelterhouses.
Any cancellation requested 30 calendar days or more prior to the event date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total paid permit fee (30 days or more from scheduled event date = 50% refund). Any cancellation requested less than 30 calendar days prior to the event date will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the total permit fee (less than 30 days from scheduled event date = no refund). Alcohol Service Agreement fees are non-refundable.
To avoid forfeiture of reservation fees, you may do one of the following:
- Change reservation date, time, and/or location.
- Apply reservation fee as a credit, valid for up to one year, that may be applied to a future reservation within any of our rental facilities
Once a change of date or credit is applied, the reservation is no longer subject to a refund.
All cancellations must be requested by completing the online Cancellation Request Form. This can be found on our website or by clicking the link above. All cancellation requests must be requested by the permit holder listed on the Rental Agreement.
New rental requests and requests for additional time in association with an existing rental made less than 15 calendar days prior to the event are not guaranteed to be accommodated.
