Open Air Shelters Cancellation Policy

To cancel your permit, please fill out this form on our website.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations or due to unfavorable weather conditions.

Reschedules, credits, or possible refunds may be given due to severe inclement weather determined by the Recreation and Parks Department.

New rental requests and requests for changes to an existing rental, made less than 15 calendar days prior to the event date, are not guaranteed to be accommodated.
