Overview
Woodward Park is a 17.02 acre community park in the Northland community. Woodward Park provides access to Woodward Nature Preserve.
History
Woodward Park was first developed in 1960. It was funded throught the C.H. Woodward Trust, $262,000 left to the city in 1958 “for the establishment of new park or parks, and the maintenance and improvements of the public parks for the City of Columbus”. In 2004, 34 acres were dedicated as Woodward Nature Preserve.
